Leigh is a purpose-driven developer with a vision to create meaningful, enduring spaces that honour both people and place. As Founding Director of Clear Sky Developments (CSD), Leigh leads with a long-held belief that good development doesn’t just maximise land—it maximises value for community, environment, and future generations.

Leigh’s journey began with formal training at the then Victorian College of Agriculture and Horticulture, Burnley, where a deep respect for sustainable land management took root. That foundation led to hands-on environmental restoration work with Banyule City Council along the Darebin Creek and a range of ecological projects focused on rehabilitating natural landscapes.

A lifelong commitment to service saw Leigh dedicate over 12 years to the Queensland Police, including several years working with young people in Aurukun, a remote Aboriginal community in Far North Queensland. This experience shaped a profound understanding of the importance of resilient, well-designed communities, and the critical role development plays in shaping lives and opportunities.

Leigh brings to CSD not just a technical eye for land potential, but a human-centered approach that prioritises integrity, efficiency, and sustainable outcomes. A firm believer in giving back, Leigh actively supports humanitarian and environmental causes both locally and abroad, and continues to mentor and volunteer as part of a life built around contribution.
